1 medium zucchini about 2 cups chopped
1 red bell pepper
¼ cup tahini
2 Tbsp. gluten free soy sauce (tamari)
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. crushed red pepper
salt and pepper to taste
½ tsp. sesame oil
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
green onions (optional) for garnish
sesame seeds (optional) for garnish
sliced radishes (optional)
