Tofu Shirataki Pad Thai

All the components of a traditional Pad Thai like, bean sprouts, scallions and cilantro are combined with noodles and tossed in fish sauce, sriracha and vinegar then topped with peanuts and lime.

Cooking Directions

  • Prepare tofu shirataki.
  • In a large pan over high heat, add oil and garlic and fry for 1 minute.
  • Add shrimp and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add the egg and stir quickly to scramble it.
  • Add Tofu Shirataki noodles and stir well.
  • Stir in lemon juice, fish sauce, sriracha sauce, rice vinegar and dried shrimp, and stir well. Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add sprouts and half of the scallions and cook for 1 minute.
  • Transfer on to a plate (or divide equally among two plates) and top with peanuts and cilantro. Serve with lime wedge.

  • 1 pkg. House Foods Tofu Shirataki Fettuccine
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 4 large shrimp, peeled
  • 1 large egg, whisked
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • ½ Tbsp. fish sauce
  • ½ Tbsp. sriracha sauce
  • ½ Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. dried shrimp (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp. unsalted peanuts
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 scallions finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. cilantro
  • lime wedges for serving
