6 corn tortillas
½ Tbsp. sesame oil
2 Tbsp. gluten free soy sauce (tamari)
1 tsp. ginger powder
2 tsp. chili powder
½ tsp. crushed red pepper
¾ cup shredded red cabbage
½ cup sliced carrots
½ cup sliced red pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped green onions (optional)

Peanut Sauce

⅓ cup peanut butter
1 Tbsp, tamari (soy sauce)
1 tsp, garlic powder
1 Tbsp, agave
2 Tbsp. lime juice
½ tsp. crushed red pepper
¼ cup water
