Veggie Stir-Fry Shirataki Noodles

Sweet and savory stir-fry noodles combined with crunchy veggies with a little (or a lot) spice.

Cooking Directions

  • Start by chopping up your veggies and frying them with oil/water in a large pan.
  • Meanwhile, whisk together the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Boil and drain shirataki noodles according to package instructions. Set aside.
  • When the veggies are tender, add the sauce and noodles to the frying pan. Toss well until evenly incorporated.
  • Remove the noodles from heat and garnish as desired. Enjoy!

Ingredients

Shirataki Noodles:

  • 3 pkgs. House Foods Shirataki Noodles
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 cups mixed veggies (I used 2 zucchinis, 2 large carrots, and 1/3 head cabbage)

Sauce:

  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce/tamari
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 in. ginger root, minced
  • 1 tsp. red chili flakes
