Teriyaki Tofu Veggie Bowl

Sweet and savory flavors of tofu are paired with bright, vibrant veggies in this nutrient-packed dish.

Cooking Directions

  • Slice tofu vertically into ½ in slices and add to a non-stick pan. Reserve sauce from package for later. Cook until heated through.
  • Cook until heated through.
  • Steam broccoli and carrots until softened. Add 1 cup rice, some vegetables and a few slices of tofu to a bowl. Top with reserved sauce and serve.

**Could work with Tofu Cutlet Spicy Garlic.

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups carrots
  • 1 cup purple cabbage
  • 4 cups cooked brown rice
