Cooking Directions
In a rice cooker, add rice and water. Cook rice.
Before rice is done (about 8 min. remaining), quickly open the rice cooker and add in tofu, remaining sauce, vegetables, ginger, soy sauce, and mirin and stir.
Once rice is done, add scallions and orange zest. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
** Could you Tofu Cutlet Spicy Garlic or Teriyaki instead, if desire.
