That’s why we’ve partnered with best-selling author and food stylist Marissa Mullen of @ThatCheesePlate to create tofu charcuterie boards this holiday season. Blend until smooth
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender
In a bowl, combine crumbled tofu, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, apple cider vinegar, adobo sauce, and spices
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering
Add seasoned tofu crumbles and sautee for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned and crispy
Heat oven to 400F
Thinly slice the tofu into 1/8 inch strips
Coat evenly with a light layer of kosher salt
Bake for 35-40 minutes until the tofu is golden brown and crispy
