Passionfruit, mango and coconut come together for a taste of tropical paradise
In a food processor blend tofu, fruit puree, coconut milk, sugar and cornstarch.
Once mixture is smooth, add it to in pre-baked tart shell and bake for 50 minutes or until done.
Once done, remove from oven and refrigerate until completely chilled.
Decorate tart with sliced fruit, serve chilled
