A rich, creamy, "cheesy" vegan sauce made from a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients

½ pkg. House Foods Soft Tofu
1 cup well steamed cauliflower
2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
salt and pepper to taste

Optional

½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. dried basil

Cooking Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend on high until completely smooth. Toss with your favorite pasta or noodles.
