
This holiday season, let’s make tofu on cheese boards a thing! Protein-packed marinated & grilled tofu with a bright flavorful Chimichurri sauce is the perfect add-on to any Charcuterie board!
Tofu Marinate: Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Tofu Prep: Remove tofu from package, drain liquid, and place in a microwave-safe container
Microwave tofu for 2 minutes and drain excess liquids
Marinate tofu for 40 min in the refrigerator (rotating tofu in the marinade every 10 mins)
Pre-heat grill to medium-high heat (400 degrees Fahrenheit)
Grill Tofu for 3 minutes on each side, sliced and serve with (or topped) with Chimichurri sauce
Chimichurri Sauce: Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, whisk and list sit for at least 10 mins (up to 24hrs)
