Scrumptious Tofu and Leek in Spicy Black Bean Sauce
Tofu sauté in spicy black bean sauce and sweeten with leek. This dish will be a great complement with a bowl of rice!
In a heated non-stick pan with 2 tablespoons oil, pan fry tofu until they turn golden brown on all sides (flip few times). Drain on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Set aside.
Using the same pan (add a little oil if needed), sauté garlic, leek and bell pepper until fragrant. Add in all sauces, stock and tofu along with a pinch of sugar, if using. Cover lid and let simmer for 1 minute. Drizzle sesame oil before serving with your favorite grain.
