Crispy Tofu Sticks

Similar to fish sticks, this crunchy corn flakes coated tofu sticks makes this kid-friendly snack the perfect after school treat.

Cooking Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Slice tofu into 1” x 1” x 3” sticks. In a medium bowl, mix together flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper and set aside. Add beaten eggs to a small bowl, and cornflakes to a third bowl.
  • To coat tofu sticks, lightly roll in seasoned flour, dip in egg, and roll in cornflakes, turning to coat all sides.
  • Repeat for remaining tofu sticks and place on baking sheet. Bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.


  • 1 pkg. House Foods Extra Firm or Super Firm Tofu, drained and pressed
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1½ cups cornflakes, crushed
