Grilled Balsamic Tofu with Cauliflower Cilantro Rice and Avocado

Savory marinated tofu grilled to perfection. Served on a bed of cilantro cauliflower rice, topped with avocado and vegan sriracha mayo.

Cooking Directions

  • Remove tofu from container. Drain and press dry.
  • Slice tofu into ½ in slices and set aside.
  • Add olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to a bowl and whisk to combine. Pour over tofu and marinade for 20 minutes.
  • Add the marinated tofu to a grill and cook 3 minutes on each side. Set aside.
  • Combine grated cauliflower and chopped cilantro in a large bowl. Separate mixture into 4 serving bowls. Top with grilled tofu and sliced avocado and serve with Sriracha Mayo.

Sriracha mayo:

  • Stir garlic, mayonnaise, Sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl to combine; season with salt if needed.


  • 1 pkg. House Foods Extra Firm or Super Firm Tofu, drained and pressed well
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 medium head Cauliflower, grated
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 bunch cilantro, roughly chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 Tbsp. vegan mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp. lime juice
  • ½ tsp. sriracha sauce
  • ¼ tsp. minced garlic or garlic paste
