
Savory marinated tofu grilled to perfection. Served on a bed of cilantro cauliflower rice, topped with avocado and vegan sriracha mayo.
Remove tofu from container. Drain and press dry.

How to Press TofuSlice tofu into ½ in slices and set aside.
Add olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to a bowl and whisk to combine. Pour over tofu and marinade for 20 minutes.
Add the marinated tofu to a grill and cook 3 minutes on each side. Set aside.
Combine grated cauliflower and chopped cilantro in a large bowl. Separate mixture into 4 serving bowls. Top with grilled tofu and sliced avocado and serve with Sriracha Mayo.
Stir garlic, mayonnaise, Sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl to combine; season with salt if needed.
