Cubes of tofu replace crumbly feta that’s perfect for topping salad, or adding to your favorite dish for a ‘cheesy’ taste.

In a large bowl, mix together yogurt, lemon juice, garlic and salt. Slice tofu into 1/2 inch slices. Add the tofu to the bowl, coating each side with the yogurt mixture, and marinate for several hours.
Place marinated tofu on baking tray and bake at 350F for approximately 30 minutes. Crumble or cube onto salad.
