Tofu Feta

Cubes of tofu replace crumbly feta that’s perfect for topping salad, or adding to your favorite dish for a ‘cheesy’ taste.

Cooking Directions

  • In a large bowl, mix together yogurt, lemon juice, garlic and salt. Slice tofu into 1/2 inch slices. Add the tofu to the bowl, coating each side with the yogurt mixture, and marinate for several hours.
  • Place marinated tofu on baking tray and bake at 350F for approximately 30 minutes. Crumble or cube onto salad.


  • 1 pkg. House Foods Tofu Firm or Extra Firm, drained
  • ¾ cup low fat plain yogurt
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Additional salt and pepper to taste
