Tofu Sriracha Hummus

Cooking Directions

  • Add tofu and lemon juice to bowl of food processor. Puree until smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.


  • 1 pkg. House Foods Tofu Extra Firm, drained and pressed
  • 1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 3 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
