Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte Frappuccino

Move over Starbucks--this is a new fall favorite! Pumpkin combined with traditional fall spice flavors blended with coffee, tofu and ice makes for a delicious vegan latte in Frappuccino form.

Cooking Directions

  • Cut House Foods Soft Tofu in half and blend the half with vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup until it’s silky soft, and cream like texture. Set aside.
  • In a blender, add the rest of the ingredients and blend until ice is blended fine. Taste and add more syrup as needed.
  • In a tall glass, alternately layer between the vanilla tofu cream, pumpkin spice latte frappé, and pumpkin spice.
  • Finish with a sprinkle of pumpkin spice on top and enjoy immediately!

  • 1 pkg. House Foods Soft tofu
  • 8 oz. strong Cold brew
  • 2 cups ice
  • 3 Tbsp. Maple syrup (or agave syrup)
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • Pumpkin spice (Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Ginger, Cloves)
