Cooking Directions

  • Blend the tofu, almond milk, and maple syrup until smooth. Add more almond milk if needed to get a thick but smooth consistency.
  • Meanwhile, microwave the chocolate in 30 second intervals until completely melted.
  • Add the chocolate to the blender and pulse a few times until combined. Pour into dessert dishes and chill.
