Cooking Directions

  • Blend tofu until smooth.
  • Combine the rest of the ingredients in blender or food processor and process on low until smooth.

Ingredients

  • ½ pkg. House Foods Soft Tofu
  • 2 Tbsp. canola oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sriracha Asian garlic sauce (or more to taste)
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • ½ tsp. salt
