How to Press TofuCut tofu into cubes (4 x 4, 16 equal cubes)
Sprinkle salt and pepper on tofu cubes
Assemble Tofu Caprese Skewers Bites using a toothpick - place 1 cherry tomato half then1 tofu cube add 1 basil leaf, and lastly another half cherry tomato
Drizzle each Tofu Caprese Skewer Bites with a Balsamic Glaze
