Cooking Directions
Saute the onions, celery, and carrots with the canola oil in a large soup pot. Stir to combine and start to cool over medium heat.
Add the garlic, salt, and pepper. Continue to cook until onions are translucent but not browning.
Add the thyme and sage and cook for 1-2 min.
Pour in the chicken broth and simmer for 30 min.
Meanwhile, prepare noodles according to package instructions.
