To make tofu Ricotta, mix all ingredients together.
Layer the bottom of a skillet with tomato sauce. Stuff tofu ricotta into precooked pasta shells and then place in a pan or skillet. Top with more tomato sauce. Bake on 350 for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
