Cooking Directions

  • Cook your pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  • Meanwhile, in a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and blend until creamy, adding more milk to adjust consistency.
  • Once ready, pour the sauce mixture into the pasta to coat it, toss well, and serve.

  • 2/3 pkg. House Foods Tofu Soft or Medium Firm
  • ¼ cup unsweetened soy milk
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • 3 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • ½ tsp. dried oregano
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste, ~½ tsp. each
