Veggie Chow Mein

A classic Chinese noodle that is easy to make and loaded with tons of vegetables that even the pickiest eaters would enjoy!

Cooking Directions

  • Prepare tofu shirataki. Place tofu shirataki in colander and rinse well with warm water. Pat dry.
  • In large frying pan, heat vegetable oil and garlic.
  • Add veggies and cook through. Add SoyGround and Tofu Shirataki and heat until cooked through. Mix well.
  • Add sugar, sea salt, sesame oil, soy sauce and vegetable broth powder. Cook another minute. Serve hot.


  • 2 pkgs. House Foods Tofu Shirataki Spaghetti, rinsed, drained and roughly
  • 1 pkg. El Burrito SoyGround (optional)
  • 1 frozen bag stir fry veggies
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • ½ tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • 2 tsp. vegetable broth powder
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil (optional)
