High Protein Tofu Sandwich

This delicious protein-packed sandwich is so good you won't be missing the bread!

Cooking Directions

  • Cut the block of tofu into 4 equal slices
  • Press with paper towels held down by a heavy object to remove excess liquid (10 min)
  • Coat each side of tofu evenly with mushroom powder or salt & pepper (or any seasoning of choice)
  • Place tofu slices in the air fryer for 30 min or until both sides are crispy golden. (Also pan-fry until golden brown)
  • Remove the tofu slices from the air-fryer and fill your sandwich with meat, veggies, and mustard

  • 1 - 16 oz. Block of Firm Tofu, Sliced and Pressed into 4 “Bread” Pieces
  • Mushroom Powder or Salt & Pepper for Seasoning
  • "Sandwich Ingredients"
  • 2 oz. Deli Turkey Slices
  • 1 Large Tomato (Sliced)
  • 2 Pc. of Romaine Leaves
  • 1/4 Avocado (Sliced)
  • Mustard
